Paul Morgan – Non-Executive Chairman Mr Morgan has 35 years public company experience and is a qualified geologist with over 30 years’ experience in developing countries. Mr Morgan spent 14 years with Chevron Oil Company and was a former member of the Advisory Board of Resource Capital Finance. Mr Morgan was the founding Director of Gabriel Resources and former Executive Chairman of Canadian listed Goldbelt Resources Ltd. Mr Morgan’s Ukrainian experience comes from being the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AIM listed Regal Petroleum. Mr Morgan is a founding member of Hawkley. |

Michael Earle – Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director Mr Earle brings more than 25 years of international technical, financial and corporate experience to Hawkley, having worked for several private and listed exploration and production companies and blue chip integrated major companies including BP, Hess Corporation and OMV. His geosciences and commercial career has spanned Eastern Europe, Egypt, Pakistan, Singapore, Indonesia, Australia and Papua New Guinea and he has been directly involved in identifying and evaluating prospects that led to commercial discoveries in Romania, Egypt, Libya, Pakistan, Vietnam and Papua New Guinea. |

David Riekie – Non Executive Director Mr Riekie has more than 14 years experience as an Executive Director of a boutique corporate advisory company. During this period Mr Riekie held a variety of non executive board positions, either as Independent Non Executive Chairman or Non Executive Director for ASX listed companies in both the resource and industrial sectors. Mr Riekie has experience in the resource sector at the exploration, pre production and production level for oil and gas, precious and base metals, mineral sands both within Australia and overseas. Mr Riekie is a Chartered Accountant, a Member of the Institute of Company Directors and holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Diploma of Accounting. |

John Hopkins – Non Executive Director Mr Hopkins is a former corporate lawyer who has been both Chairman and a director of a number of listed public companies in Australia and Canada over the past 20 years. He has been involved in a significant number of capital raisings on both markets and has chaired a number of ASX listed companies which have brought major resource projects into development over the past few years. He is currently Chairman of ASX listed Wolf Minerals Ltd and a non executive director of Universal Coal Ltd. |
